Hi
New to Plusnet and seems my CLI is not working despite being part of the package I'm paying for and it previously worked with my old provider. From looking at other posts it looks like I need a nice friendly Plusnet person from the Help Team to check and reset my settings.
Apart form this, so far very happy, changeover went seamlessly and connection speed just as advertised.

Hi @DMB, thanks for reaching out over forums. I've placed an order to activate Caller Display on your line, this will be ready within 24 hours. Check back tomorrow and if you still notice it's not working, just let us know
