Divert Landline

I have tried diverting my landline using the *21* codes, but it is saying it is not available on my line. Can someone please help as i really need to divert calls for my business

Have you opted for the feature via Member Centre >> Phone >> Call Features ? (£2·50 per month).

No - I added the call divert feature. Diverted my phone and it worked.
I then got an email saying it had been removed and none of my calls have diverted for days. I am trying to run a business and I have missed a number of calls. I’m completely appalled at this rubbish service.

It is absolutely unacceptable. If this is not sorted and plusnet are unable to keep a phone diverted I will change and go with another provider I am paying for a service I am not getting.

Your quickest way would likely to give the Business Support Team a call on 0800 028 0282.  They are available 24/7.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
