External telephone wire coming away from wall

The wire from the pole that goes to the corner of my house is almost completely away from the wall on its way down to where it enters the house.

Is this something I should be telling PN about to come and fix?

It is still attached at the very top of my house (where the strain-relief to the pole is) but all the cable clips have failed on the way down. I can see the plastic clips are all broken or missing. I'm concerned it's going to blow about in the wind (it does) and end up fracturing the cable at the sharp bend at the entry point through the wall.

I'm sorry to hear about the condition of your line and I can understand your concerns. 

I really want to get this sorted before it impacts your service, therefore I have raised this to my suppliers and they will likely send an engineer externally to examine the issue. 

Our faults team will keep an eye on this for you and update you Monday here.
