Problem of inaccessibility fixed (a coincidental error in my phone app). Problem with home phone partly fixed - I can make calls but not receive them. Problem with broadband entirely unresolved so far. I've been told I may not get it back till Thursday. I had no idea how dependant I have become on broadband.
