Sorry to hear you are having issues with your service and for the hassle this will be causing you.

My tests are not flagging a fault, could you go through the steps here and let us know how you get on?

Done all that, tried multiple phones, bought new phone.

Did you report it via the link I gave? Whatever else has been said on here, I am convinced it is an phone-line issue.

Ok, as you have completed all the steps in @SammyM 's link, I think it is time for Openreach to get involved - hopefully she can set the wheels in motion.
