Might seem a dumb question, but when you don't have a mobile phone and your landline is so crackly you can't make calls, how do you contact PlusNet support?
Tried the HelpBot which sends you around in circles.
Couldn't find a support email address.
So without access to another phone line how are you supposed to report a fault on your line?
The fault is: Phone line crackly, Internet keeps cutting out. Started during recent rains, when it rained the line cut out, as it dried it worked again. Guessing water has got into the line.

Fixed! Go to the fix.

Thanks, managed to get through on the phone: they had to call me back about a dozen times, (phone cutting out) but engineer coming next week. So sorted.
