@adam945 Openreach engineer has been, He tested my line and said it is a porting problem with Sky. He said it should be resolved within a few days and will get in touch with Sky to resolve the problem.

So it has been confirmed, as advised previously, that this is a Sky routing issue.  That's really great to hear ... will be interesting to see how a BT Openreach engineer delivers traction on Sky's number routing issues.  I suspect that they will need to use the same BT number porting team as has been used by Plusnet.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
