Landline telephone

Landline phone is not functioning for both icoming and outgoing calls.  The fault was reported by texting PHONE to 07800008121 at 10.16 am this morning.  I have had no message in response to my text.  Attempts to use the customer services number 08004320200 using my mobile failed since having pressed 1 as instructed I was the unable to remove this before typing my phone number.

@chimiste

On the assumption that you have broadband, does that still work over the phone line?

If so, has it got slower?

I don't think the "1" in the call navigation will upset reporting the faulty phone number.

I haven't had to report a phone line fault for a few years but I think last time i did it via

https://faults.plus.net

which if I recall correctly, asked a few questions then logged the fauly.

I am the satisfied customer....
