Hi,
Joined PlusNet four months ago but lost caller ID when we transferred. It was working OKpreviously when on BT.
I seen other people have the issue but no way to actually report the issue!
How do we get this resolved

@stevengcowley Two options, you can either call Customer services and report the fault , or wait for one of the Plusnet help team to pick this up and assist.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I've made some adjustments for you @stevengcowley so it should work within the next hour but give it 24 hours and if it's not working please do let us know.

Hi, we have exactly the same problem. The ' control panel ' says that Caller Display is active, and I have tried the " *234# ", where I get the reply - This service is not available? Can you please advise what next please?
