Just got a neighbour to change to plus net but we signed her up to international phone package not realizing that the australian number she regularly calls is a mobile so not included.
Is it possible to change package even though signed up to the 18 month international package. I have tried to see if can do online but it increases the price significantly even though package is supposed to be same price.

@Bcresswell It is an oddity/inconsistency of the PN accounts system that disregards any agreed discounts if you make changes such as this. The agreed discounts will still be in place on the account when the next bill is produced, but do not show on the online portal whilst you are making the change. Also note that the change will only take place from the next billing period.
