PlusNet erroneously cut off our landline and we were without a home 'phone for several weeks. It's now reconnected, but the question of compensation arises.
What's the simplest way of contacting the person I've been dealing with who should by now have been in touch about compensation as promised. I simply don't have the time to keep chasing up him or PlusNet.
All it requires is an email to my registered address !
Fixed! Go to the fix.
