No home phone - landline number?

Hi all,

Is there anywhere on my plusnet account that tells me what my landline number is? I can't see it under My Account.

Thanks,

Daren

@DKN7

Login into the members centre https://www.plus.net/member-centre/home select Phone, this takes you to the Phone Control panel

Thanks for the reply.

No option of a phone control panel. I get my landline as part of the broadband package, does that affect where I can see the landline number?

My landline is part of my package, I see this in the members centre.

Just checked and you can get to the Home Phone Control Panel via Manage Account.

Hi Daren,

Does the phone tab show your landline number?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

@DKN7

If you're asking because you don't know your number, call 17070 (free) using a phone attached to your line and listen to the number read out to you.

@RobPN

The title suggests he doesn't have a landline phone, so the members centre would be the obvious way to check. Perhaps he can borrow a landline phone.

It's a bit of a concern he can't find it in the members centre.
