Was advised to switch mobile providers due to plus net. I did this and used pac code to swap over number.
My account is still showing I need to pay plus et bill. Direct debit details have changed and I cannot contact them to pay bill and confirm cancellation. I’ve tried calling the 0800 number on multiple occasions but it always says user busy! Is there another way to contact them, pay the bill and confirm cancellation
