Usual problem trying to report a fault

Have had no phone line (& broadband) since 8pm last night when a fallen tree brought down a telegraph pole. Have been trying all morning to report this but no response via Plusnet Twitter account & the text message method advised doesn’t work. Hopefully someone at Plusnet will read this and responding. Looking for an indication of when Openreach will be able to reinstate the pole/line. Thank you.
