caller display not working after line house move

After a number of problems of Plusnets making we were eventually able to move our phone line and number to our new address. Broadband and phone are both working but caller display, although active on our account is not.
Any suggestions of which bit of Plusnet to kick to get it working as it did at our old address?

I'm really sorry to hear about what has happened.
I've manually added caller display onto your line, so it should start working within 24 hours.
