phone line went dead for 10mins taking fibre withit

at about 9.25am 30th may my phoneline cut out for about 10mins, was any work suppose to being carried out at IV3 / 01463

FTTP 500 regrade from Tues 28th November

Hi @Gus we're not aware of any work that was taking place, I've had a look over your account too and can't see any obvious causes for this.
