my mobile phone lists calls in (received) and out but so far I can only find calls received. Is there a way of doing it please>

Do you mean that if you call your home phone from your mobile your home phone doesn't show the number? Have you enabled the Caller Display feature in your Home Phone control panel (this costs 99p monthly)?

The only way to see calls you make via your land line are from the Home Phone Control Panel. You will need to log in to your account to see the information (but "free" numbers - eg 0800 - are not listed).
