Mobile app for Plusnet

Had a email to try this. Signed into google play, searched for mobile app and took me to ee mobile signed up but number was incorrect

You have to follow the link in the email to go to the correct site

I had a email saying go to  google playstore sign in put plusnet mobile app in search bar took me to ee

We’re pleased to let you know you can now download the app and take part in our beta test - we’re really excited to hear what you think. First thing's first, how to download the app. Step 1 – click on this link, and sign in to your Google Play store account (that's using your @gmail email address). Step 2 – follow the on-screen instructions to access the Play store, and download the Plusnet Mobile app. To log in to the app you’ll need: Your Plusnet Mobile number, or account number Your My Account password Once you’ve entered those details, you’ll be asked to choose a secondary authentication method, and receive a code either by email or SMS.
