Account renewal

Hi,
My account BB + phone comes up for renewal shortly and I thought I would call and discuss the options available.
In general it has been good value apart from 4 weeks of BB problems, not Plusnet to blame I must say.
I think I must have rung the wrong number 08009176733 as I got stuck in a queue and after 15 minutes boredom set in and i rung off.
Is there an easier and quicker method?

It might be worth checking the call wait times first, you'd also be best to call 0800 432 0200

There's also 0330 123 9197 which will take you straight to our Customer Options Team.
