Adding connection to my account

I want to add a second broadband connection to my account but can't find a way to do this.  I could start a new account but then I need another email address.

Has anyone tried to do this?

@thelookoutiow What exactly do you mean? You can only have one broadband connection on a line.

The connection I want is for a different house.

In that case, you will have to order it for that property, and it will be a totally separate account. 

You can use your current email for it, but note the new account will not have an 'individual' PN email address or facility - new accounts from mid-2023 do not have an email component.
