An error has occurred

I am out of contract and would like to renew online.

Every time I try to do this through My Account, I get a message like this: "An error has occurred You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."

Please could this be fixed?

Sorry about that, a well known issue on our end, I've just pressed a few buttons so things should be sorted now. Let me know if you're still having any issues at all. Smiley
