An error has occurred

When I go on my account online it’s says an error has occurred
You can’t make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress, my contract runs out in November and I can’t renew

@dollyburks  Welcome to the Community forum 

If you want to renew your contract before this is corrected then ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632. If you have received an offer which you wish to accept then tell them. This number is normally answered quite quickly.

@Baldrick1 Agreed, this option should work, but the number of times it occurs points to a fundamental error which needs sorting, to prevent the need for customers to call in.

Hi @dollyburks,

I've placed an order to activate some pending call features so that error should be gone within an hour for you. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
