Another one with an account error (again)

Hi Guys,

I see there's a few account errors appearing here recently.

This is the second time in a couple of months mine has shown up an incorrect figure.

I am on a renewed contract deal (2 months in now), that originally got corrected due to being incorrect (should have been at £23/mth).

I got the increase notification that puts it up by £3.31/mth (which is correct for 14.4%). So I should now be on £26.31/mth.

However, just checking my account shows me at being on £29.85/mth on the 'My Products' box.

I've no idea where that one came from, it doesn't seem to calculate from anything obvious.

I'd be grateful if someone could check up on this before my next billing date (22nd).

@Wildroverandy  it's a known problem, Plusnet are trying to fix it. See .....

My Products price wrong

There are reports that the actual bill is correct so probably nothing to worry about.

@RealAleMadrid, Thank you, yes, I could see it was possibly a known issue, although I hadn't seen any confirmed proof of it actually being fixed (just comments containing 'should'), so just want to add mine as a bit more feedback on the issue.

I'll be keeping an eye on that next bill though for sure 😉.

Not sure if it was fixed by someone, or whether it just got sorted through the known issue route, but it's now showing the correct figure for my fee.
