Apologies for missing your question earlier.

If you do sign up to BT or EE and can PM me at @Gandalf the order reference, I can waive the termination fees either by refunding once taken or not taking the payment, when the FTTP service has been activated.

I’m still intrigued though as to what they’ve said to you Smiley

Thanks for the order ref. I'll keep an eye on this for you to refund the termination fees back to you once your service is working, and we've generated your final bill and taken the payment.
