Being charged for calls to mobiles when my package gives me 100 free calls

Hello, can anyone kindly help me? I have the Talk Anytime International 300 package, which is supposed to give me 100 minutes of free calls to UK mobiles, but I'm being charged for all such calls. Is there any way of getting Plusnet to sort this out, if I don't want to spend hours on the phone to them?  Thanks very much for any help you can provide! (By the way I can't believe Plusnet have stopped the ticket and chat systems, what happened to their "excellent" customer service?)
