Billed 1.94 for fibre extra yet contract ending

My contract will end on the 9th. Yet my billed shows: Unlimited Fibre Extra 10/02/25 11/02/25 £1.94

Are you moving elsewhere on 11/02/2025, and is that a confirmed date?

Until a move is done, the service continues. After the service has moved a final bill will be raised within 21 days to settle any balance due either way. Do not cancel the direct debit mandate until after dealing with the final bill… it just creates complications.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
