Hi, I've just noticed some discrepancies in my billing amounts over the past months.

Hi Anoush,
Thanks for replying. For the past few months I have been charged around £29 to £30 per month. As far as I know my contract price is £26.99 for another 5-6 months. Could you confirm this for me?

Hi Lee,
Based on the timing it looks like the increase is due to our price rise which took effect from the end of March.
When agreeing to a contract we'd make you aware of this and we've got a good guide here https://www.plus.net/help/legal/cpi-plus-guide/ with more detail.
