Billing Issue

Usual bill is for £30
Its jumped up to £55 - I am still in contract. Was expecting the inflation rise, but think this is a little bit much.
Is this a similar issue to anyone else. Do I wait for a refund or best get in contact?

Do you have your latest bill detailing the cost breakdown? Is the increase due to the broadband and/or land-line cost that has risen, a discount that has disappeared, or extra costs such as chargeable phone calls?

If the reason isn't clear, or you disagree with it, I would get in touch with Plusnet as soon as possible.
