I usually have a discount on my bill for broadband. But this month I have not received this discount. Why is this?

I'm really sorry that we charged you at the full price, it does look like the discounts didn't work this month for some reason so I hope that's not caused any issues for you.
Would you prefer me to credit the difference off the next bill or to refund it back to you?

I ordered broadband on August 26 and paid the bill for a month. I was notified by the company that due to waiting for a broadband connection, my calculation will be revised. The connection took place on September 22, and now I have received a full bill for the broadband service. I have a question why there was no recalculation? After all, in fact, I was able to use the service only 8 days out of the paid 30 days?
