Broadband account closed

When logging onto my broadband account, it shows that my account is being closed (payment issue), payments have now been brought to date and I was wondering if there is any chance that I can stop the account from being closed?

 

If not, and I set up a new account, will I be able to use the same router to avoid any delays in getting an active internet connection again? As I cannot be without due to working from home.

 

Appreciate any advice. Thank you

@FH123 - Hi You will be able to use the old router, just a case of updating the username inside it to your new account username. Sadly after the account is closed it can't be reversed so if you fancy coming back just go online @ Our Cheapest Full Fibre and Broadband & Phone Deals | Plusnet or ring our sales team on 0800 432 0200, they'll be able to set you up a new account.
