Broadband costs

Anyone else being charged £54ish instead of actual contract prices?
I took out a new contract in April for £24.99, and I am being charged full whack of £54+.

Re: Broadband costs

@myleenie00 Have you been charged the 'full' price since the start of the contract, or only recently?

Re: Broadband costs

In that case, give Plusnet a call - something has gone wrong.

Re: Broadband costs

@myleenie00  Happens all the time -- Plusnet accounts system can't keep up with discounts applied to a new contract. In theory your discount will be applied as a credit on the next bill after renewal but this doesn't always happen.

However, as you have been charged for two months at full rate something is wrong. Did you perhaps renew after your old contract expired? In this case you will be charged full rate for one month as you pay in advance and you hadn't agreed your new contract.

Great, isn't it? As John says, best give them a ring.
