Hi
Just found better deal from talktalk. M paying 26 pound every month. Been with plusnet since 2019, just wondering how many months before contract ends I could change provider without any termination fee.

If you are still within the minimum term of your contract and you chose to break the contract, then Early Termination Charges will apply.
Logging into the user portal should tell you how long is left of your minimum term, however on some accounts with some browsers these details are not displayed correctly. If there is any doubt about the dates, a quick call to COTS will inform you of the length left, the amounts of ETCs and potentially the best renewal deal.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
