I tried calling the customer service number about half an hour ago to cancel my BT Sport subscription, only to get an automated message that the sales team have finished for the day, despite the website saying phone lines are open 7 days a week from 8 until 8. I should have called earlier really but have been busy and because it is difficult for me to call during the week, I thought I'd try on here. I need to cancel it before my next bill on 10th June, so I don't get billed for another month. Can anyone help please?
