Cancel contract

Hi there,

I need to close my account and cancel my contract as I am selling my house and moving into my parents home soon.
Am I able to do this via the forum? If so, what information do I need to provide? I am had of hearing so I am unable to use the help line. I already understand that there will be a cancellation fee from what I've read.

Thanks for getting in touch, I am sorry to hear you are leaving us but I completely understand why.

As outlined here you can place your cancellation request in writing if you are unable to call.

You will need to write a letter to us with your request and account details so that we can locate the account.
