Cancelling BT Sport

I have added BT sport to my account several times over the last few years. and it has been a simple matter of logging into the member centre and clicking on a couple of pink buttons.
But every time I come to cancel, there seems to be no way of doing it other than ringing customer services and waiting the obligatory 20 minutes.
I have raised a question (no. 224369728), 2 days ago, requesting it is cancelled but nobody has looked at it.
I have tried ringing CS and been told it closed at 8 pm.
Nothing changes at Plusnet, there are similar posts to this going back years, where people, as a last resort, come here and hope that someone from PN reads the post.
What a system.
So this is my last resort.
Please cancel my BT Sport App
