Charged for calls I never made, please credit my account!
Hi, so this is the second time this has happened to me.
This is the Plusnet package I am on:
Yet when I checked my last bill there are 3 mysterious phone calls I never made and I have been charged 20p for each call, no details as can be seen on the second screenshot below. No call destination or call length.
Can this be credited to my account please.

A call charge classified as "other" is typically due to the one-off use of features such as ringback, call return and reminder call. It may be worth checking if anyone who may have access to your phone has used these.
