Charged for early exit of my broadband.

Ok.

Just got my last Plusnet bill and i have been charged for early exit fee .

Now i was told because i was moving to BT home essential broadband i will not be charges an early exit fee regardless of how long remaining on my contract with Plusnet is.

But it seems Plusnet have charged me anyway. TUT TUT.

@karlgixer

Did Plusnet arrange the transfer for you? If so, I agree TUT TUT.

If you went directly to BT then that's different.

Hopefully an agent will come along ad comment/resolve this.

Re: Charged for early exit of my broadband.

BT arranged it but i did contact Plusnet to let them know i was moving to BT home essentials and the agent said ok you wont be charged.

But looks like the left hand does not know what right hand is doing at Plusnet.

Re: Charged for early exit of my broadband.

Have you tried to contact plusnet?

I was trying for days via Facebook. WhatsApp, and sick of phoning and holding then getting cut off, Hence why i ended up letting BT sort it all out,.And i did tell plusnet i was moving to BT home essential  so its not like plusnet did not know,
