DD failed with insufficient funds and when trying to pay it says paid online?

My DD failed yesterday and now I have the money I've tried to pay online and its not allowing me to make payment as it says my bill is at £0 but it isn't as no payment was taken and my services are restricted. How do I solve this and pay
