Discount cancelled after house move

Hi,

We got our discount canceled after we asked for a house move. We just realized it after the 3rd month as there has been up and down in the billing these last months.

Nobody told us this would happen, nor it's written anywhere.

We decided to pay for the simple house move, as somehow plusnet would be unable technically to provide high-speed internet that others can provide in the new flat, and we're stuck with these contracts you have in this country.

Could we get our discount for the whole period of our contract?

And thanks for the 14.4% price increase everybody gets from March 31st!
