Discount has gone down without explanation

We're used to getting a £17 discount a month, but the latest bill only gives a £5 discount. It would be nice if the reason for this could be explained. We've got 12 months remaining on an 18 month contract.
At the top of the Dashboard it says, "An error has occurred
You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress." - it would be nice if that could be explained, too..

Online a long time while this was sorted out today.
I should now be getting credits and refunds.
