Domain renewal - please help

My domain is due for renewal at the end of this month and I am panicking as it has previously not been renewed automatically and I have lost important messages.

Please someone - Gandalf?  Matthew Wheeler? anyone out there?  Please can you renew it for me?  I phoned Plusnet last week and someone promised it would be done within 72 hours,but this didn't happen.  I phoned again on Wednesday and was told again that it would happen - still nothing.

Sorry to shout but PLEASE HELP.

Just to clarify - the domain is with Madasafish and not directly with Plusnet.  

email address is xxxxxxxx@madasafish.com

and domain is xxxxxxxx.co.uk

Hi @molly8

Your Madasafish domain should be renewed automatically and the expiry date on a who.is check updates once it has been.

I've raised a task with our NetOps team though just to be certain and make sure that your domain will be renewed.
