Double billing for this month

I paid my broadband bill for this month, yet just now Plusnet attempted to take another 68 pound from my account, I’ve checked billing on my account and my next bill isn’t due until the 16th December, I’ve had nothing but issues recently with Plusnet..connection issues, slow Wi-Fi, now this. Can someone offer me an explanation because if another 68 pound leave my account then I will be switching providers.

Hi there, I'm really sorry to see this. I've just checked your account and there's no sign of any duplicated payments. Have you noticed the same amount being taken twice from your account? - Adam
