My 18 month contract is up in September so naturally PlusNet advertised new offers to me. I took up their offer of a 24 month FTTP contract with no phone line, as it never gets used.
All well and good, until they send me an email to say I'll be charged a £14.19 early termination fee on the landline, even though there will only be 29 days left on the contract when the new one goes live!
I might as well cancel the order and wait another few weeks, then go with a different supplier for the same price.

@ajs79 that doesnt sound right , there's normally no ETC when changing contract to FTTP. Sounds like the automated system has generated that email incorrectly. I'm sure one of the Plusnet Help team will be along shortly to sort it out
