Error message 'You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress'

I am trying to access my account and renew my existing contract, but receive the message 'You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress' or 'Something went wrong. Please wait until we’ve finished updating your phone service before making another change'

 

I am not awaiting any order to be processed. Please help?

Hi @ammanton,

 

Sorry to hear about that!

It does happen from time to time, I have sent the request for this to be cleared.

Please allow up to 24 hours for this and try again, you should be able to make and changes on your account.
