How do I contact customer service by email?

You obviously do not value your customer's time with all the messing around I've had to do just to ask a simple question - what sort of customer service does not provide an easily accessible support email? Please provide me with an email address to contact customer support as I do not have time to sit around waiting on your help line. Thank you.

Quite a lot, including PN unfortunately; you'll need to use CHAT or dial in.
