I am selling the property so how do I cancel the broadband contract?

Hi, I am selling the property where I have a broadband contract. How do I cancel the contract please?

@nathan_to Welcome to the forum.
The cancellation policy is here. https://www.plus.net/help/legal/cancellation-policy/
However if the next owner wants an active line it would make the changeover far more easy and possibly cheaper for them if you arranged for them to take over your working line. Any ISP that uses the BT network can do this, they would not be tied to Plusnet.
