Incorrect Bill

Hi, My father has just received an incorrect bill for £57.82 for the second time.

He is on a fixed price deal until  june 2023 for approx £42.50 per month for broadband and phone

 

Back in June 2022 he was charged £55.09 and was credited back the overcharge due to failing to apply the discount from plusnet for the package he is on, however, the bill for July was £38.62 (with the applied credit - approx £10) and the bill for August was £57.82.

 

Why are these more than the agreed £42.50, and what will you do to remedy this problem

Hi there Andrew, I'm really sorry to see that your father has been billed incorrectly and not for the first time too, apologies for any distress and inconvenience that's caused. 

 

I can get the issue put right going forward and make sure we refund the over-payments too.
