Incorrect Missed Payment on Credit Score?

My credit score has just taken a hit because of a reported missed payment from PlusNet but it's a Direct Debit from my bank account, which has had funds in it?

I can't find any unpaid bills in my account or on the app, I don't understand how I've had a missed payment reported or how to fix it.
