Incorrect bill after contract renewal

I've just received my bill from Plusnet after renewing my contract (contract expired on 29 May, took out new contract on 28 May) and the bill is entirely wrong. They seem to have ignored my renewal - despite me having done all of this online with them and I've kept the documents to prove it, and charged me the full price as if my old contract was still valid but at the inflated post-contract price.
Do Plusnet staff ever look at this forum, and could someone possibly let me know how I go about getting this resolved?

@roof30 The invoice you have just received will have been prepared before you arranged your new contract, and should be corrected on your next invoice. These monthly invoices are created on the system some 7-10 days before issue, so it will have prepared on the basis that your old contract would have expired.
