Incorrect bills after contract renewal

Hi,

I renewed my contract effective from 2nd August 2022, for 18 months.  I received an e-mail on 1st August confirming the contract, and the discounted price.

My subsequent bills have all been incorrect and billed at full price.  

Would you please look into this and sort it out for me.

Hi there, I'm really sorry that the discounted billing hasn't worked for some reason. I've fixed that going forward for you to make sure we bill you at the agreed amount for the deal. 

 

Would it be OK to credit the overpayments against your account balance so it deducts from future bills or would you prefer a refund?

Thanks for your help with this Adam. Yes fine to deduct the overpayments from future bills
